All packages are shipped directly from Santiago, Dominican Republic, via the efficient INPOSDOM; the Dominican public mail (which connects to all public mails of the world), using strong carton boxes to pack your orders. You will always be provided with the corresponding tracking information as soon as we ship it so you can track your package whenever you need.

It will deliver directly to your house or work anywhere in the world. Note: On few cases depending on the type of parcel and your country’s mail regulations they might leave you a note asking you to pick up the package on your closest post office. Your order will be delivered to you within the following average times after payment completed: A) 5 – 12 business days (for the American continent), B) 8 – 18 business days (for elsewhere in the planet).
